These terms govern your use of the Remodix website and the submission of inquiries through our forms. By using this site you agree to these terms.
Our services
Remodix finds, qualifies, and books in-home estimate appointments for remodeling companies. We are paid per confirmed estimate on your calendar. Your ad budget stays on your card, in your account, in your name, and is never marked up by us.
No guarantee of results
We offer a performance guarantee as described on our home page. Otherwise, we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, closed jobs, or revenue. Outcomes depend on your market, your ad budget, your crew capacity, and the quality of your estimates.
The Full Calendar Guarantee
The performance guarantee runs 90 days from launch. If it is not met, Remodix books the shortfall at no charge — only the shortfall is free — until it is met or until day 150, whichever comes first. After day 150 either party may end the engagement with nothing further owed. The setup fee is refunded only if we are not live within 72 hours of receiving your access.
The guarantee applies while your ad budget stays funded and your ads stay on, someone from your team attends the appointments we book, each homeowner receives a written quote within 48 hours, and you respond to our booking alerts within 24 hours. If any of those stop, the guarantee pauses and resumes where it left off. If you end the engagement, the guarantee ends with it.
Your ad budget
You are solely responsible for funding your own ad budget. Remodix does not hold, move, or mark up your ad spend. You own your ad account, your leads, and your tracking number from day one.
Fees and billing
A one-time setup fee, quoted on your call, is due before we build. After that you pay only per confirmed estimate — no retainer, no long-term contract, cancel anytime. We charge weekly for the confirmed estimates from that week, each with its recording. You have 48 hours to dispute in writing any estimate that missed one of the four qualifying checks. Disputed estimates are not billable and are replaced.
Exclusivity
We work with one remodeling company per job type in each service area, for as long as you are with us.

If you consent, Remodix may send you text messages about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remodix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
